Meet Dr. Kari Ell
Physical Therapist
Hi, I am Dr. Kari Ell, PT and I am the owner of Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. My journey to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy was ignited with a fascination of biomechanics after sustaining a running injury in high school. Through unexpected complications during one of my pregnancies, I experienced firsthand the intricacies of the human body and its various systems. Personally learning to overcome physical limitations and setbacks has fueled me to encounter each client with empathy, compassion, and an integrative whole body approach. With nearly two decades of clinical expertise, I resolve to expertly guide clients on a path of recovery as well as lifelong health and wellness, regardless of age or genetic predispositions.
Born and raised in rural North Dakota, I am a true Midwesterner and farm girl at heart. I enjoy all things outdoors and a good cup of coffee. When I am not busy in the clinic or studying the latest research, I enjoy cooking new, healthy meals and try to maintain an active lifestyle by keeping up with my husband, three boys, and GSP. Who knows, you might even bump into me at the soccer fields or Bible study. I am honored to join you along your wellness journey and can not wait to celebrate your success! Blessings!
